In following, we would in particular like to inform you about when we save which data within the scope of the usage of our website and how they are used.
1. Collection, Processing and Usage of Personal Data
Personal data are only collected when you voluntarily provide us with such within the scope of your visit to our website.
a) Contact Form
The information provided by you in the scope of a contact form on our website (first and last name, e-mail address and optional phone number) will be processed by TapMed solely for the purpose of answering your questions.
b) Transfer of Personal Data
When we transfer personal data, we do this exclusively to service providers that support us in reaching the objective mentioned above, e.g. IT service provider. These companies are only entitled to use your personal data as so-called contract data processors merely for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations on our behalf and are obligated to observe the applicable data protection regulations.
From time to time, we can be forced to provide your data due to legal provisions or processes. Otherwise, however, no transmission of your personal data will take place to third parties.
The processing of your personal data which has been stored takes place exclusively within countries within the European Economic Area.
2. Usage of Cookies

referrer-URL, from which you visit us,
visited URLs on our site.
This data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and is not passed on to third parties.
In general, the webserver does not save any IP addresses. Some of these anonymized access data are used for troubleshooting and optimizing the website as well as for counting the number of visitors. Personal data are not processed in the scope thereof.
